The Podium is designed by Massimo Mussapi for Broggi 1818

It's amazing: it frees the chef's creativity; it allows spectacular and impressive presentations.

It's convivial: it favours a new way of being at the table.

It's dynamic: when the tray is held for transport, the edge is raised, when it is placed on the table the edge is lowered and the tray turns into a serving centrepiece.

An elegant universal support allows cantilever positioning of the tray even on smaller tables
