The cause of all the world's greatest evils is one: too many completely useless, often harmful things are produced, whose only purpose is to be sold. It is insane.  In order to have the raw materials and energy needed to produce all these things, people are being exterminated and the planet destroyed. Note please: I'm not talking about consumerism, the consumer is the victim, but the executioner, driven by the insatiable lust for money and power.

There is only one solution: produce much less but better. And my commitment as a designer is to only design things that have a reason to exist.
